Born and raised on St. Croix, Clinton Williams discovered his passion for real estate at 19 while studying Civil Structural Engineering. In the mid-2000s, he and his brother launched a real estate investment firm, acquiring over $15 million in properties. Despite facing losses during the market crash, Clinton made a strong comeback in 2013, earning his real estate license and re-entering the industry as both a sales agent and investor building top-performing real estate teams in South Florida and the US Virgin Islands.
With over a decade of experience and his team ranked in the top 1% in Florida, Clinton has helped over 1,400 families. His dual expertise as an investor and Realtor allows him to offer exceptional guidance, whether clients are buying a home or seeking investment opportunities. Back in St. Croix, Clinton is committed to community development and expanding his projects on the island.

Craig Williams

Craig grew up on the beautiful island of St. Croix. Later earning a degree in Business Administration with a double minor in Sales and Psychology. For several years, he owned and operated a full-service car brokerage firm that offered a comprehensive range of services. This industry allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail, honing his negotiation skills and building a reputation for reliability and professionalism. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated and of the St. Croix Lions Club. In his free time, He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, biking, and kayaking.

Born in the Caribbean and raised in the beautiful island of St.Croix, Nicole have always had a passion for Art, and when I say Art, she means any and everything Art! From music, dance, painting, drawing, coloring, hairstyling, interior /exterior decorating and so forth, everything surrounding us in the universe is art to me, and she loves it.
